About Tiana
Five feet filled to the brim with love, song, and the desire for equality.
Hello and welcome to my site! I am a professional theatre, film/TV, and voiceover actor currently based in Vancouver. I received my BFA in Drama/Music Theatre with Honors from NYU Tisch School of the Arts’ New Studio on Broadway in May of 2020, am a member of Canadian Actor’s Equity Association and UBCP/ACTRA, and am represented for film/TV and voiceover by PRINCIPALS Talent. I am also a strong ally and advocate for equal opportunity and representation for all minority groups in the performing arts industry.
I started as a dancer at three years old, eventually going on to receive my Intermediate certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance, and competed locally and provincially as a singer and dancer from ages eight to eighteen. At age eight, I fell in love with musical theatre and have been performing in full-scale productions, workshops and readings ever since. I also participated in the Royal Conservatory of Music piano and music theory exams growing up and began my journey as a voice actor in 2015 as Skye Lin in Sprout Television Network’s Nina’s World. I am now a series regular in Canada’s first original AdultSwim cartoon playing Bitsie in PSI Cops.
When I finally got to my dream school in 2016, I started to find both my creative and individual voice and blossomed into the strong, passionate woman I am today. I was a representative and then the president of the Affinity Group at the New Studio on Broadway and was awarded the Community Connection Award by Michael McElroy upon my graduation.
